How WhaleGPT works 

WhaleGPT's requirements vary depending on whether you're writing content for your business development or headhunting outreach. Here's a breakdown of the differences:

Business Development  

When reaching out to clients, WhaleGPT will ask you to specify the purpose of your outreach. This step is crucial because it helps tailor the generated message to your needs. You can choose from two options:

1. Offering services: Use this when you want to offer your recruiting services to a client. The generated text will highlight the services you provide and explain how you can help.
2. Marketing a candidate: Use this when you want to send a client a candidate's CV. The generated text will emphasize the candidate's key skills.

Headhunting  

When contacting candidates, you can input relevant information such as job title, job description and location into WhaleGPT to generate the best results. Here's how:

For both types of campaigns, you will need to select an outreach type (initial outreach or follow-up) and choose the tone for your message. Once you click 'generate', WhaleGPT will provide you with two choices of subject line and email content. You can then directly insert these into your business development or headhunting outreach.

If you want to try different options, you can regenerate each individual subject line or message by selecting the 'Regenerate' button. You can also provide feedback on the quality of each generated option using the like and dislike icons. Your feedback will help our development team improve future generated text. It's that simple!
